SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP

Dear resident,

Please find below details of a 

SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP (FEMALE ONLY, 18+) 

Taking place in your local area on Saturday 28th March 2026, 11am-1pm at Ashlands Community Centre, Port Tennant.

Are you looking to improve your basic self defence skills, meet new people and build confidence? 

Join us at the session where you will learn new skills and have access to a range of different agencies including South Wales Police, who will be available to provide advice and guidance throughout the session.
